If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods, unless damaged or defective, are generally non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We may require photo evidence before approving a replacement or refund. AbrasFoods.com reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
